3. RookieSource's Role

RookieSource is an intermediary platform connecting candidates and employers. We are not the direct recruiter and do not guarantee specific recruitment results. Employment contracts or service agreements (if any) are signed directly between the parties involved, not between RookieSource and the user, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Registration and Account

When submitting forms or creating profiles on the Platform, you commit to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (full name, email, phone number, company information if applicable)
• Only using contact information that you are authorized to provide
• Keeping your login information (if any) secure and immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we detect false information or violations of the Terms.

5. Candidate Obligations

Candidates agree to:

• Provide truthful profiles and skills information
• Not post content that is misleading, offensive, or infringes on the rights of third parties
• Use the Platform only for the purpose of legitimate job searching

6. Employer Obligations

Employers agree to:

• Post accurate, non-discriminatory job advertisements that comply with current labor laws
• Only collect and process candidate data for legitimate recruitment purposes
• Not use candidate information for spamming, data resale, or other unauthorized activities

7. Prohibited Behaviors

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting illegal, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, or pornographic content
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attacking the Platform's technical systems
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to illegally collect data
• Impersonating other individuals or organizations
• Violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties

8. Payment and Service Fees

Some features of the Platform may be offered free of charge or for a fee, depending on the current service package. Fees, payment terms, and refund policies (if any) will be clearly stated before you confirm use. RookieSource reserves the right to adjust the fee structure with reasonable notice before implementation.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform — including design, logo, text, images, and software — is the property of RookieSource or its legal licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit it without our written consent.

By submitting content to the Platform (profiles, job postings, messages), you grant RookieSource a non-exclusive, transferable license to store, display, and process that content for the operation of the service.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, RookieSource does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for:

• User-posted content
• Acts or agreements between applicants and employers
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, unless otherwise required by law

12. Termination of Use

You may cease using the Platform at any time. RookieSource reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Platform and other users.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of laws. The registered office of RookieSource in Berlin is the basis for determining jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law regarding the place of dispute resolution with consumers.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. New versions will be posted on this page with the update date. Your continued use of the Platform after a change is considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

15. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under German law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
